Unravelling in the park: Update

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Sylvia Olsen wasn’t able to read in Brentwood Bay’s Pioneer Park on July 6 as scheduled. Instead, she will take part in Sidney LitFest’s final 2021 Authors in the Park event on Friday, August 27, at 3:00 p.m.

Sylvia will be reading from her book Unravelling Canada: A Knitting Odyssey, which has now spent 19 weeks on the BC Bestseller List. Unravelling Canada was edited and proofread by WCEA partners Audrey McClellan and Lucy Kenward, and published by Douglas & McIntyre.

On August 27, Sylvia will be joined by Susan J. Lundy, reading from Home on the Strange: Chronicles of Motherhood, Mayhem, and Matters of the Heart, and by Jo Owens, reading from her novel A Funny Kind of Paradise.
