Uncontrolled Flight Takes Off

Congratulations to former WCEA partner Frances Peck on publishing her second novel, Uncontrolled Flight, with NeWest Press.

Launched in September at both online and in-person events, Frances’s new book begins with a catastrophe in the B.C. Interior during wildfire season. From there, it takes off with the same blend of literary prose and page-turner plot that made her debut, The Broken Places, such a hit.
